I contacted the company and Ron made an appointment to come on Saturday.  When he had not arrived or called 45 minutes past the appointment time, I called him.  He then said he had not forgotten me. I told him I expected a call when a person is going to arrive late, he said he did not have my information with him.  I then told him as a retired high school principal, it is critical that you are prepared.  He then asked if I was through chewing him out and wanted to know if I still wanted him to come.  I said NO.  When I called to company to express my concerns, Ron said he was the owner.  Reliability and follow through are important and this company demonstrated neither.
