GGR Energy & Remodeling renovated our house in the Sunset Cliffs area of San Diego. The project involved numerous items - the highlights are as follows: They replaced the exterior cedar shingle siding (that had termite damage and wood rot) with Hardie board and stucco. They replaced the front patio creating new drainage around the house and added a gas BBQ & fire pit. They installed solar panels. They repaired three decks including replacing the railings. They demolished the kitchen and replaced everything: all new cabinets, sinks, fixtures, granite counter tops and moved the location of some of the appliances. They replaced the master shower and installed new tile. They contracted to have the wood floors refinished and the entire house painted as well as some electrical work. They replaced the gas furnace and all of the ducting. Overall, the workmanship was excellent. The workers were skilled and made helpful suggestions throughout the project. The schedule shifted some during the project, but overall they completed it within the parameters we requested (4 months). They stayed on budget. Christian (President of GGR) helped us to develop the entire scope of the project making excellent suggestions. He designed the new front patio and helped us to design the new kitchen. His advice throughout the project showed his substantial experience and knowledge. Everyone on the GGR team worked hard to create our dream home.

We are now on our second remodel project with GGR. The owner Christian is easy to work with, very flexible with incorporating our ideas and vision for our remodeling. His employees are courteous, on time, and tidy. His lead foreman Greg is a delight to work with. I highly recommend GGR Remodeling!

GGR was professional and took me through each step of the home remodel process. Christian was professional and with all the choice out there for home improvement, I am glad I found a good one!
