This is the 1st review that I've ever written but I feel like these guys really deserve one. We weren't having any issues but I called them to come pump my tank out just as preventive maintenance and I'm SO glad I did. He opened it up and the tank was completely full and the lines were clogged up. Luckily they were able to flush them out for a decent price and I feel so much better knowing they took care of us. Steve worked his butt off, was so knowledgeable about the scientific breakdown of it all and was extremely professional. I'm sticking with this company and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Called Septic Plus to come out to our home in Ringgold, GA. But first i had another company come out and the guy looked at my yard and gave me a price to fix my septic without even digging it up and pumping it out. I told him to leave my property and I do not want to deal with a company that just wants to take my money. Gene with Septic plus came out with one of his service guys, they located my tank and pumped it out. They found out that I only had a block in my line. Saved me thousands of dollars using Septic Plus! Thank you Gene and the guys at this company! You guys really are the most honest guys I have met in your business! Anyone reading this review, use this company for their honesty, knowledge and great service communication to a guy that does not understand this kind of business! I will refer Septic Plus to everyone and anyone!!! This is my service company for life!

Very different experience for us.  It cost $275 they said to come inspect and pump out our tank.  We let them know we had a slow drain at times so we knew something else could be wrong from the beginning.  After digging up the tank and pumping it they saw it was a semi-clogged out flow pipe slowing the tanks drain ability.
Red flags should have went up when they quoted us the cost to fix our out flow pipe.  They used the old used car salesman technique of "the today only price is" but with everything going on other than our septic tank we didn't realize how bad we were overcharged until the next day.  To dig a whole half the size of our tank lid and replace 4 foot of PVC pipe and nothing else, it cost us $2500!  So the total bill was just under $2800.
To replace the 4 feet of pipe took less than an hour and half the hole size dug for the lid.  So we paid 10 times over what it cost to dig up and pump the tank for less work and 4 foot of PVC.
After thinking it through we knew we had been snookered.  To find out how bad I called around and got quotes from other septic companies in the area, none were over $1000 for the same job.  So don't fall for the "today only price" and call around for quotes, it could save you thousands of dollars.

*Edit:  To the company reply threatening to sue me saying I'm not telling the truth.  I kept my receipt and you cashed the check!  Threaten all you want, what I said is true and accurate!  The total amount includes a 10% military discount I received.  I have a right to my HONEST opinion of the work done compared to quotes elsewhere.  I'm sure you will still try to get this review removed but it won't change the truth.

*Edit 2:  A dark heart.  You sure do like name calling, slander, and hyperbole don't you Septic Plus.  First I'm a liar (which you edited out), now this.  Legal investigation to find me, I posted the receipt, just look it up, lol.  Also, anyone can read my reviews, you know that don't you?

Other companies could have came out, but I chose you.  If I was listed as an emergency I didn't notice.  I called Wednesday and you set up an appointment for Monday at 1pm.  You didn't show up that day since I didn't answer the phone several hours before my appointment according to you.  The 2nd day you did come out and my wife pointed out the gas line to you since you didn't notice it.  The gas company came out the next day to paint the lines location, which is what you recommended to do, so we did. Day 1 you were a no show, day 2 you were here for approximately 15 minutes and no work was done, day 3 you were here for approximately 3.5 hours.
I stayed in a hotel over the weekend due to slow drainage when we washed clothes, dishes, and showered close together and needing a break from Hospice care, there was no back up in the house.

You brought the mini tractor yourself to dig up the lid on the tank, which you do for every job you said, there was nothing extra to dig up or sludge other than in the tank?  I provided the couple and 'T' that I purchased on my own.  They were brand new and needed no cleaning, just tapping onto the PVC you installed.
I did sign the invoice before any of what is in my review had occurred as it states.  It took until the next day to sink in and days later to bother getting other quotes.

I've been busy and this review was at the bottom of my priority list but one I felt should be left which is why it's here now.   According to you I was not overcharged so why bother trying to reach out to me?  To lambast me for giving my honest opinion on the job I paid for.  You weren't doing me a favor you were doing the job I paid you to do on your own schedule you set.  But I'm glad you are revealing your attitude to anyone who bothers to read all of this.  I know you had other low star reviews that have been removed so I'm sure you will continue to try and have this one removed too.  Your reply proves that you can not handle a poor opinion from anyone who has paid for your services.

My tank was in desperate need of being pumped and other companies I have called  were very quick to rush you off the phone and did not have time when Septic Plus was very courteous and caring. They came out when they told me the time they would arrive and handled all my worries away. They are very professional and also answer all your questions without hesitation. I will recommend Septic Plus to my family and friends as they will be the only trustworthy company I will call.  Thank you for your professionalism and great customer service.

Septic Plus was very professional, and went above and beyond. They explained everything that was going on with my tank, and fixed it for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Septic Plus, and would definitely use them again!
