Sequoia is a general contractor and construction manager providing commercial construction services with the highest level of integrity and genuine concern for exceeding the owners’ expectations and requirements. Our projects include: ground-up, build-out, and renovations for retail, tenant, medical and dental, religious and industrial facilities.

We are typically hired based on our experience, reputation and qualifications. We remain completely accountable to the owner, putting their interest first and eliminating any incentives to increase profit at the expense of the project.
