Went in for a simple trim. She added face framing layers that I specifically said I did not want. After going home and washing it myself, I found that the face framing layers were not only uneven but cut in different places on my head!

Love this salon! Rachel and all the other girls are absolutely wonderful!! The atmosphere is always happy and welcoming and they are so great! My 4 year old absolutely adores Rachel and my husband won't let anyone else touch his hair! Rachel is so talented and does great work! Love love love!
