I really do love Ulta as a whole, but I would rather make the much longer drive to Norman or order online than ever set foot in this store again. Y'all got a weird vibe and I was not treated very well on more than one occasion.

Customer service here is always really bad. I try not to go to the location and try to head to bell isle district. The manager is even a rude person and doesn’t know how to talk to people when they are asking for her help. 
I would not recommend this location to anyone.

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. I visited this location for two fragrances. They were out of 75% of all their fragrances. The shelves were covered in half an inch of dust. The fragrance sample paper sticks were thrown about everywhere, most of them used. The floors were filthy and they were understaffed. Not only will I never return to this location I would never trust them with a salon service. Unacceptable!

My mother got a great perm from Tya F., and Cassie the salon manager was also helpful and friendly.  They were patient and worked efficiently as true professionals.  She will go back when needed and recommends them for others!

My experience was with the salon....
Tya was my hairstylist and she was absolutely great! I have done my hair every year since I was 15 and service always varies. Sometimes you go get your hair down and literally that's all you get- your hair done. Tya was very sweet and friendly. She made me feel comfortable and carried a conversation with me. I hope she never leaves ulta so I can continue going back to her & if she does I need to get her card! I was worried about my hair since it's dark and I was going lighter but the color looks great & I will always recommend her!
