I made an appointment with Dawn. It was my first time there and wanted my hair a little shorter which is what I told her. I did not want the back completely cut off but that is what I got. She did something with 2 combs and before I knew it my hair was gone. No hair at all on my neck. Then she says do you like asymmetrical sides and I said I guess so she cut one side about 1 inch shorter than the other, which I would not consider asymmetrical. I asked her to trim my bangs a little and now I have one side shorter than the other. I also have very thin hair to which she used thinning shears on. Needless to say that my hair looked terrible and I hate it. I will never go there again and would never recommend her. Unfortunately my hair grows slow.My hair is so chopped up I can't do anything with it. She is a terrible hairdresser.

Had a wonderful deep tissue massage from Ryan. Very thorough and reached all my problem areas. Ryan was professional and attentive. Very relaxing. Nice atmosphere and very clean, attractive surroundings.

Probably the best massage I've ever had! Love Dawn Rochester! Also very friendly staff. Highly recommend

We went in for the couples massages, and left more than satisfied ! The people and atmosphere are amazing !!! Also had the most amazing massages ! Thanks serenity for that amazing experience!❤
