Everyone is always nervous about trying a new place especially for a waxing. Staff very friendly, greeted upon arrival. India was amazing, so friendly and had patience with me, making me laugh and feel at ease. Highly recommend them and already booked my next appointment.

Have been a client to Elizabeth for my hair styling needs for over 6 months now. A wonderfully energetic and talented young woman and I always look forward to getting my hair cut. Received a gift certificate at Christmas for a massage. Was delighted to schedule with Rituals newest addition to their staff, Ashley. Ms. Ashley is very professional and extremely attentive to her client's needs. I have been to two sessions and plan on returning soon. Massage is very relaxing and reviving. Would highly recommend. Rituals offers an extensive line of products for your every need. All staff that I have had the pleasure to meet have been friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend, you won't be disappointed.

I love every appointment I have at Rituals Day Spa. The staff is professional, courteous, and thorough. Their prices are extremely reasonable for the quality of service that you receive. I'll never go anywhere else!

Always happy with the services I receive at Rituals in Dothan--I've been having my hair cut/colored here for about four years and have also enjoyed many facials/peels with the esthetician. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and always super friendly.
