I love all the staff there! Everyone I go to dedicates 100% of their time to make me feel great whether its a cut and color or a spa service! I love how they offer a complimentary glass of wine or beer. I will definitely be back!

I must tell you about the amazing professionalism and service I have received from Serenity Couture Salon Spa and Stylist Karina Cline. I recently had a color and cut that I was very disappointed in.  I am certainly not putting blame here on anyone for I believe anytime you decide to do something to your hair it is a two way street. Communication is a must and sometimes it just falters.  However, I gathered up my courage and made an appointment with my stylist to explain how I wasn't sure where we went wrong.  It was very hard for me to do this and wasn't sure what the outcome was going to be.  But I was blown away by Karina's professionalism when I came to her with my concerns.  She listened to me and made every effort to rectify what I was not happy with.  She had me in two more times just to get us to the place I desired to be.  There was no service fees and I am over the moon for my hair now!!  I am so impressed with them. Which I have been as I have been a client for probably a decade and have always loved my stylist's work.  But this was my first time where I really wasn't pleased and I was so tickled to see how I was treated.  Thank you Serenity and Thank you Karina!! I will be a client for another decade and will continue to refer you.  Love, love, love Serenity and Karina!!!!

Had a terrible hair experience here. She obviously did not listen to what I wanted or more likely it seemed she did not know how to do it. Twice! The first time she showed up 10+ minutes late to my appt, the next time it was over 15 minutes and the desk staff said they had no clue what she was doing in the back but it was something about her being frazzled with renovations. Came back to get it fixed and she cut off so much hair we had to cancel our family Christmas photos! She literally quit in the middle of my appointment! who does that?! She couldn't cut a simple style and I brought plenty of photo's. By the time I left my hair was almost to my ears and I had said shoulder length. The other girl could not even fix it because there was not enough hair. Neither of them had any clue how to style or cut curly hair, we were heading to my sons concert and apparently it is fine to look like you just got out of the shower. She has no clue how to style hair. Apparently she just came out of management to start doing hair again.....she either needs retraining or to be put back behind a desk again. Avoid a woman named Evy at all costs! I have spent over $800 trying to get my hair back to normal after her disaster, after six months of help I am almost back to where I started. Obviously her time is more important to her than her clients time.

I've been going here for years for hair cut, color, massage, manicure and pedicure. Always have a great experience, without exception. Grace does amazing pedicures!
