The colorist I had was Caren.  She was attentive and did a nice job on root touch up and highlights.  Elle did my haircut.  She is very talented and always does a great job.  I would give 5 stars, my only reservation is the cost.  For all I had done I spent about $289.  Then another $20 for tip made it $309.  I recommend this place if you can afford it.

I got all of the services for my wedding done at Salon Spa W and we were THRILLED with the results! Alex, the bridal coordinator, was superb. Alex outlined all their policies and service offerings, double checked bookings with my bridal party, and was incredibly easy to work with, ensuring all of our details were utter perfection. Not only that, but due to her fabulous planning, our day was fun and relaxing, just as it should have been! Our stylists were fun, amazingly talented, and listened to what we all had in mind for our various looks. We looked phenomenal! So happy I got to work with such an organized coordinator and have the best stylists in town help us for my wedding!

Salon W is always amazing as well as the staff. I see Anna and she is always friendly and make your hair look, and feel amazing! She gets to know you on a personal level. She makes whatever hair you want happen and perfect. I’ve never had a bad haircut with her and I have been seeing her for as long as I can remember. She is always a great go to stylist!

Absolutely a wonderful experience, getting my hair and nails done, here.  All 3 girls that worked with me were very sweet and did their best to understand and give me what I wanted in spite of the fact that I was asking for very specific things and I'm bad at explaining myself.  I left feeling happy, beautiful and totally pampered.  An incredible experience I have not had anywhere else .

If you are contemplating between any other salon and this one, COME TO SALON SPA W!!!!
Everyone is super friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Avalon if you're looking for a colorist. She fixed my hair after I dyed it on a whim at home, and a year and a half later she is still keeping it looking good! Avalon is all-around awesome! 
I love being greeted with complimentary coffee/ wine/ tea as soon as I step in the door.
With your color they also include a shoulder/ scalp massage, paraffin hand treatment, and make up touch-up which is super helpful because my foundation gets washed off along my hairline when I get shampooed.

Small detail, but their music playlist is great! Also, if your parking meter runs low, they'll offer to go and top it up. GREAT service and people.
