I would recommend everyone Stay AWAY  from this agency if you want good service and knowledgeable agents. My family was set to rent a house that was listed with them, we had paid the security and signed a lease. However we we nervous because we never had our questions answered about the house, never had e-mails returned, and no updates were ever provided on the status of this house we were suppose to get. Our family had begun packing, gave notice to our current landlord, reserved u-hauls and made utility appointments. Then after not hearing from anyone for so long we called the owner of Serino and finally discovered that our house was not even close to being ready for us, and they had no idea when it would be.  I have 2 children I needed to enroll in school, and now we are left with only 3 weeks to find something else. They had to have known something about this and yet they just let us hang on thinking we had this house. They do not care about the people they are suppose to be working for, and they don't care about the emotions involved in a family getting a new house. They don't take the time to do their jobs well, your just another check to them. Stay away, there are plenty of other agencies out there who I am sure can service you better than these people!!
