Horrible customer service Maddie is not good at responding to questions asked she has no knowledge at what she is doing, besides also being rude like all the staff in the office. As a matter of fact I guess they are trained by Martha Serna who is rude as well unfriendly staff , too bad there good staff don't last very long Raina was a great agent. I will take my money business somewhere else Horrible incompetent people that answer the phones. Basically they don't know anything take a long time to respond or call back. Pay people more train them so they cann be better and happier as CSR.

The only reason I have given Serna Insurance 2 stars is because of the incredible service I received from Halleigh. She always is very professional, ready to help me with my auto insurance quotes, and quick to respond to my emails. However, recently, I reached out to Serna for general liability insurance for my small business and found that the service I've received from Halleigh is not present across departments. I worked with an agent from commercial, and it was like pulling teeth just to receive a quote. Very frustrating. I reached out on June 22nd for the first time and didn't receive my first quote until July 12th. I have 2 emails to the agent over this period of time with the subjects "Touching Base" and "Checking in." I would receive an email 5-6 days later with a promise to get a quote by the end of the day. Then, nothing. Following these interactions, I finally received an email from the agent with more inquiries about my company in order to have an accurate quote to me. Wait-- what? Why was he just now asking these questions when he said he had supposedly been "working" on getting a quote to me? After weeks of waiting on any useful information at all, I finally had an application for insurance in my inbox-- still no actual quote. I needed help going through some of the questions, so I called and asked the same agent if he could walk me through the application. He seemed irritated and rushed me through the application, not properly explaining how I should fill it out in a way that pertains to my company and it's independent contractors. Finally, I had filled the application. At this point, I had 2 days to get a COI to one of the venues I was working with and explained that to the agent before giving payment. He was pushy and insisted that I needed to pay the insurance payment in full for the whole year, otherwise, it would delay getting a COI out to me in time. So, I quickly called and paid the full fee. He promised he would have the COI at the end of the day for me. Nothing. So, I called back and spoke with one of his admins. He then called back and said he would have it by 10am next day (last day possible). It's now 5 days later, and I have yet to see the COI. It's too late now, but part of me wonders why I even went through this whole process. I trusted that they would have great service across the company based on my experience Haileigh and my auto insurance policy. I am regretting paying them any kind of fee for "assisting" me with commercial insurance at this point. I'll shop around again in a year.

I have had the pleasure of doing business with Serna Insurance for many years now. Our home flooded and the situation was nerve wrecking. But Martha Serna and her company Serna Insurance stepped in and made the situation and process less stressful. They have been so professional, kind and most importantly going above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of for us. Thank you Serna Insurance for your awesome services.
