Very unprofessional! I guess that's why you get a cheap rate. If it wasn't because I called to ask when my bill was due I would have never known that I was missing a signed form which would cancel my policy next month

It's an okay insurance. It was cheaper than the previous insurance that I had. But they paired us up with American Access Casualty who charge roughly 60+ dollars just to add a vehicle to the policy. All the other insurances that I have had only charged 15 bucks. An upside is when it comes to renewing your insurance, the last month of our contract, our bill went from 184 down to 85 dollars. I called and they told me it's always like that the last month of the contract. Aside from that when you call to this location, sometimes they send your call to another location, then when you call to dispute something directly with TIA they claim no never have had record of your phone call. Which means it's their word against yours which is very inconvenient when it comes to an issue one rep already agreed upon fixing, then another rep has no record of that convo when you call back to check up on the issue...
