I bought a recliner for $600.00 there a bit over a year ago.  Very uncomfortable chair.  The about 6 months or so later the seat was coming apart at the seams.  They repaired it.  Now about 5 or 6 months later the seat seam is coming apart again.  I called but they said it was only under warranty for 1 yr.  It's doing the same thing as before but they will not fix it.  I will never buy anything from them ever again.  I bought a lot from them back in the 70's and 80's.  Those lasted but this chair I should never have bought it.  I found one at Big Lots for about $300.  It is way more comfortable.  Wish I had gone there instead.  You can have Weatherby's furniture and their prices.  Got better service at Mor when I bought from them.   They honored their product service.

Sales person (Raul) was great...just bought a 3500 bedroom set with marble top dresser and night stands....all of a sudden my daugher  puts her glass of juice on top of a dresser not for too long and left a big stain on the marble top....my question is what kind of marble is this??? Called the place and manager told me there was nothing they can do to fix the problem.... just dissapointed with this place, no more shopping at this place.

I have purchased a 3 piece sectional less then 1 month ago. I noticed a seam is coming apart on the seat itself. I had the rudest customer service rep that transferred me to the Manager-Sam. I explained my situation and he said he would send someone from the service dept out to my home to get this issue fixed. 2 days later I had a delivery guy (very nice) show up and called the store to let them know it is definetly the seam. I am still waiting for a manager in service to call me back. I will post the resolution, once I have heard back...

The sales person was very nice and she show me on the bottom of like  499 to all way to the top I thousand or more in the couches that I want to see in The store. pretty awesome then I got a in table that can charge the iPhones I got a mattress that was $1000
