Great service a little long but good

Worst service ever. The owner a young short guy first off all sells me and puts on a way smaller tire than what my truck uses. Went back next day to let him know and he told me he was gonna change my tire out for the wrong tire he gave me. To make a long story short went back 7 different times and this guy who owns yhe tire shop would say he never had the tire size i needed. Go figure a tire shop not having a tire. So if u want to get ripped off go here they will gladly rip u off.

On the date of December 5, 2015 I pulled my car into Serrano's Tires $ Auto repair to be maintenanced by Pio Hernandez. The car is owned by my Mother, but its been in our family over a decade now. The car was hauled by me and a friend from my apartment about 2 blocks from my house, after it was towed due to a power steering failure. During the time of the car being inside the mechanic shop the problem was inside the hood of the car. The car was leaking oil and The power steering pump and hoses was also damaged. Pio explained how the shop needed to order the parts and the cost during this time was $363.00. So I paid the cost in full and the car was return to me the next few hours. While driving the car for a few more weeks the car began to repeat the same situation, but this time on December 28th, 2016 not only was there no power steering fluid in the reservoir there was a Radiator issue and Cooling system needed to be inspected. I agreed that the water pump, radiator, upper hose, and lower hose should be replaced if there is no damaged cylinder head. The cost to replace these parts, plus cost of labor totaled $650. One week later my car died on the freeway and had to get my car towed to Serrano's auto shop once more again. This time I needed a car battery and that ran me up to $160. Also the car sounded really funny and loud, so Pio suggested that the Turbine be adjusted and the exhaust pipe with new gaskets be replace and that costed $220. So I agreed to pay him to do the job approximately on January 9, 2016. A few days later my car stauls and I cannot get the car to start, so I towed the car again to Serrano's and on January 25th, 2016 the idle pully and serpentine belts needed to be replaced and it took them 3 days to finish the job. So by now I'm very frustrated and confused why I spent money on two of the same parts and he also burnt out my head light while trying to jump the start the car. I have other receipts from Auto Zone and Ebay when I had bought parts such as the rack and pinion, high grade power steering fluid, and proof I paid for the power steering pump twice when supposedly I had a 90 day warranty. Pio threatened me on my cell phone when I left the shop the very last time I decided not to do business with him. He took advantage and avoided working on my car when I needed the job done when I paid him many times to get the car completed. He wouldn't keep his promise when give a time to be finished by. He made my life very difficult and had to quite my full time job because of it. On April 12, 2016 my car needed to be inspected and smog. The inspection failed because my Pcv valve was cut and the valve was covered in residue electric tape. I remembered Pio told me he cut the valve for a reason I didn't know. With all this my total of damages I had paid for all the trouble it was $2600. I am accusing them for failure to fix my car properly and there are still minor damages that they did to my car while being serviced there. The environment is very unprofessional and in the neighborhood they are known to take peoples money and hustle cars. I was harassed on the phone by Pio Hernandez and I feel unsafe in the neighborhood, so I moved down the street away from harm. I would liked to be refunded so I can properly fix my car by the car specialist of my choice. Thank you!
