Returned automatic payment and then claimed we were late on payments.  The company is shady at best and probably illegal.  I've filed a complaint with BBB and am looking into regulatory bodies to determine which one covers these scammers.

If I could give negative stars, I would.  I went through a PACE program to have my roof redone and solar added to my house.  My PACE was sold from one company to another, and they did not honour the original amount that I was approved for.  The new PACE provider, NRGAllianz told me that they would finance the remainder that was due to the contractors (the work had already been finished for like 3 months)  with a 6 month, no interest / payment so that I could pay it off when I got my taxes.  

Fast forward 3 months and I start getting calls about missed payments.   I was informed that it was no interest WITH Payments,  not no interest AND payments.   Either way,  No interest with payments for 6 months ,  still to me sounds like I don't have to pay anything for 6 months.  They didn't even have my information correct.  My date of birth was wrong, as was my name.  Somehow they managed to have the SSN, address, and phone number correct.   I advised that I was informed of the terms not owing anything for 6 months.  They told me I was wrong.  I tried to speak with the person that did the original contract, but, of course, he no longer worked for them.

I would not only not recommend this company for anyone to use based off of their deceptive verbiage, but tell anyone to run as far away from this company as they can.
