I just want to inform people to not buy into these false reviews. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SERVPRO. THEY ARE COMPLETELY DISHONEST!!! Here is my experience with the company.

I was over my brothers house after a long night of rain, and my brother noticed water coming through his ceilings light fixture in the hallway. So my brother calls Servpro and they bring over a device to remove the moisture. Servpro wants $500 something bucks for this. Which my brother dosent mind paying, but Servpro decides to send over roofers to make sure the roof is okay. Now the roof is only year, or so old. Practically new, but my brother figured well let's see anyways. The roofers claimed one shingle was loose, and needed to be replaced. Literally 1 shingle, and because the direction the rain was coming in is how the water got in through some vent, and into the ceiling.

So then the rest of the 3 hours the roofers were there they sat on their phones in his front yard. Thinking because they fixed one shingle they could milk my brother for money. My brother told Servpro he would pay them the $500 for the moisture device, but not over $500 for the roofers fixing one shingle, standing around for 3 hours and leaving. Thinking they could get over on him because he is young, and inexperienced. So Servpro decided to send him the $500 bill for the moisture device, and $500 bill for the roofers standing around his front yard. Then they also sent a bill to my brothers insurance. So after my brother beats this in court I hope the roofers lose their license, and Servpro is exposed for their shady business practice. I'm completely honest, and have no reason to lie.
