Our a/c unit quit during the hottest week of the year . A to Z checked it out within a few day and had a complete new a/c unit installed within a week. 
 All of their employees were very efficient, personal, professional  and knowledgeable.
The owner, Jerry was awesome and a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend A to Z Heating and cooling to everyone!

ZERO STARS!!  it's a shame because this was my go-to company for heating and cooling issues.  a couple years back, the guy they sent showed up drunk, couldn't fix our furnace.  i figured that was a 1-time bad call, gave them another chance last week.  on 7-3-17 i called for urgent service on our central air.  the very nice lady took my info & said she would forward it to the person on call.  3 hrs. pass, no call, no show.  i called back.  the not-so-nice lady told me the office was closed...1pm on july 3rd.  i said, "really?!  i gave another lady my information over 3 hrs ago & she said she'd give it to whoever was on call."  the lady took my info again, said she'd pass it on.  i STILL have never heard from them.  i did get my central air back though, by flo-aire.  a to z is no longer my go-to company.   sad.

I have a 1 year home warranty which covers furnace repairs (up to $2250). All the home warranty company requires is for me to call them when the technician has diagnosed the problem and speak to him about the problem, needed repairs and cost of repair to get an authorization to do the work. This takes all of 5 minutes to accomplish. We then pay the technician for the work and submit the bill for reimbursement from the home warranty company. I called several heating and cooling companies and explained the aforementioned process. All of them said "we can't do that" but A to Z  had no problem. The other companies obviously care about one thing, getting paid, not providing customer service. Kent the technician was at my house the next day on time, worked with me and the warranty company, and got the job done! He answered all of my questions and was very polite and professional. Thank you Kent and A to Z for getting the job done! Would recommend A to Z  and request Kent for future needs.

Jerry with the beard  at the counter was super helpful to test parts and help determine what the problem was with my AC got the part and guided me on how to put it in correctly

I called early this morning and they had a technician out within a few hours. I had no heat hours ago but Kent fixed my heater in no time! Excellent service at an affordable price...I'm thrilled with A to Z and will recommend them to anybody!
