As a large commercial contractor -- we have VERY high standards for what we consider great work, but SERVPRO has definitely exceeded our expectations!  One of our tenant's offices was flooded mid-morning and with one 5 minute phone call, these folks had the water cleaned up and things drying out before I got back from lunch!  No hassles, no surprises, and no trying to take advantage of the situation ... they just did what they said they would do & they did it faster than I ever would have thought they could.  Job well done SERVEPRO.

Jason from the Bountiful SERVPRO, cleaned our carpets today. He did an extraordinary job. The carpet is twenty years old and it looks like it did the day we moved in. He was very professional, courteous and worked diligently to remove all the stains. I told him a miracle was not expected, but he delivered one nonetheless.

Josh the owner of this ServPro is a gem! He goes above and beyond for his clients to say the least. He has done a couple of jobs for us, aims to please and wants the job perfect. We have complete trust in him. He is a man of integrity and kindness. He cares about his clients, so impressed!!

I was absolutely blown away by the incredible professionalism that Alex Colón and his team showed at our home. They were thorough in their analysis, respectful, professionally knowledgeable without a hint of being pushy. They showed that their number one priority was that our house was in good shape. I would whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone! They are honest, gracious, and wonderfully professional:)

Servpro of Bountiful and Alex Colon were quick to respond to  a flooding incident of our basement. They were professionals who knew what to do and how to best attack the situation and remediate damage. I would highly recommend Alex and his staff.  Alex is one in a million in customer service!
