We called SERVPRO when a pipe broke in the wall and flooded the entire downstairs of our house. I cannot say enough good things about this company and the people they sent over. First of all, they were at our home within a half an hour and immediately the clean-up began. They explained everything that had to be done in perfect detail and set about their work right away. They did an excellent job of keeping us informed every step of the way and did a fantastic job with the water removal and subsequent demolition and clean up. I have restrictions walking due to a leg injury and they were very attentive and cooperative; making sure that all wires were perfectly taped down and clear paths were left for me so that I could walk without the worry of tripping over anything. They took very good care of us, were extremely efficient and very professional. I would recommend them to anyone! Great people and great job!

Great team of people right from the Owner to all the staff and workers. Very professional, helpful, clean, courteous, efficient and they did a great job. We would definitely use them again and I would recommend them to our friends and family.

Prompt service!! Within 90 minutes SERVPRO was on the scene and started drying out my kitchen, living room and basement after a pipe burst in my kitchen and flooded the kitchen, living room and basement with 2" of water!! We are more than pleased with SERVPRO .. within a half hour of calling them Frank Solano(President)was here to look at the water damage in our basement, and shortly after that a crew was here to start the cleanup. Angelo, Mike & another young man (don't recall his name) were here . Angelo & Mike came back four more days to finish the job. They are fine, hard working, respectful young men . They will be back once everything is settled with my insurance company, to empty the pod & return the contents of the basement. I don't want to get political but I must say they restore my faith in the youth of today . I'm sick & saddened when I see those young losers with their faces covered on TV.. destroying hard working peoples property. I only hope that there are more like Angelo & Mike in this country .I would definitely recommend Servpro .. Pauline, Holbrook,NY
