Story

Sessoms & Sons Jewelers is your local family owned & operated jeweler that offers over 60+ years of combined experience. We are full service jeweler, specializing in all jewelry and watch repairs including: watch batteries, watch sizing, ring sizings, gold and silver soldering, and more.

Owner, Dusty Goddard, began his career in watch sales and repairs at the age of 18. He quickly moved into managing 2 national retail watch chain locations by the age of 20. There he was trained to perform a wide variety of watch repairs, but desired to expand his knowledge and expertise. In 2007, Dusty began a 9 year career in the jewelry & watch repair industry. Learning this trade inside and out, and after 13 years experience, he recognized a need for a one-stop jeweler who could save customers time and money by doing repairs in-house.

Dusty’s wife’s grandfather, Sherman Sessoms, is a watchmaker. He is a graduate from Spencer School of Watch Repair, which began his career in watchmaking in 1961. He has been working with local jewelers in the Rock Hill & Fort Mill area for over 50 years.

Together, Dusty & Sherman have the unique privilege of being able to service and repair nearly any timepiece or piece of jewelry for our customers.
