Love living here at Settler's Landing.  It is a great apartment and community.  The staff is so helpful in anything you need or ask.

I would never recommend living in this complex as long as management and the leasing office is still the same. We have been there for about 6 months. So far they have "lost" 2 of our payments due to them posting it to another unit. We received an eviction notice due to that error caused by the company. To make this place even better, when they say they are going to "check for bugs" in your apartment, when you are not present may I add, they tear apart your complete bed, whether it was fully made or not and leave it thrown all over the place. Never do they ask permission to touch or move anything. Not only is that completely rude but disrespectful as well. I do not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. You have to walk a half a mile from your car to your door due to VERY limited parking, along with dealing with a staff that does not care whatsoever about their tenants. Rent is WAY too expensive to begin with, let alone adding the messes they create for you. Move somewhere else!!!!

I lived here for one year and had a fantastic experience. The apartments themselves are pretty spacious for the price, I had a single bedroom with another occupant and a large dog and we were very comfortable. My largest compliment goes to the front office though. Tom was always helpful and on top of things. The office manager Chai though, was the icing on the cake. Always willing to work with me and help with whatever problem I had. Easily the sweetest property manager I've met, very respectful. I highly recommend Settler's Landing for their office people alone.

Very nice place. The staff are helpful, and they are quick to respond to service calls. The pool is beautiful and always kept clean. The gym is also kept in great shape. It's somewhat costly but it's worth it.

Very unprofessional not upscale at all and they only care about the almighty $$$. Our rent started at 1050 now it’s at 1445. After 2 years . Also they have bulling tactics!
