I had a positive experience with Vicki and she was available to show houses at all times requested..
My only negative feedback was being pushed into purchasing the 2-10 home warranty and wasting $575 on a service that has nothing but poor reviews. I've put in a few service requests after something has failed and it's been a nightmare trying to get services completed. 
Being a first time home buyer, I trusted Century 21 since they pushed the home warranty company and made it seem like it was worth the extra $575.  Be wary when you sign your papers and do not go with 2-10 when the service is offered! I wish I could get the money back that I wasted on this warranty but hopefully this review helps other first time home buyers when they are pushed to purchase 2-10.
