The location, amenities and pricing of The Seven is everything and more that your paying for. Upgrades in lobby/gym/courtyards within the last 6 months (after claiming ownership from prior group) and continuing revisions with cameras and parking are making it more desirable than any other apartment complex around. All that being said, front office and staff is what sets this complex apart from others in the area. EXTREMELY RESIDENT FRIENDLY group that makes you feel at home and at ease. Diana and the crew make an effort to get to know every resident individually and host multiple resident outings/events each month and their interactions amongst residents show why they’d be some of the most sought after individuals in whatever endeavors they pursue. Highly recommend

Been living here for a year and just renewed my lease. It was a great complex to begin with but ever since Cortland took over, they have made significant changes and upgrades to the property. They continue to make improvements and are always communicating with the residents. The entire managing team is terrific, especially Morgan. She always greets everyone with a smile and makes the effort to get to know each resident on a personal level. I definitely recommend Seven by Cortland and ask for Morgan if you plan on stopping by.

I love here since December and I am in LOVE with this place!! 
The apartment is awesome, all my friends loved it and I love cooking on my big island!
We live in a 2/2, kitchen and living are a good size for an apartment complex, but, wait to see the closet and you will be sold!! Yes, it’s almost an other room!
Maintenance is great, the guys are super nice and know what they are doing, and usually they fix the problem by the same day!( never happened in my previous apartment!!)
The leasing office crew? Great!! 
I just love hangout downstairs with them when I pass by the leasing office or pool!
Everyone is super polite, efficient and ready to help you!! 
I Love living here, totally suggest to stop by and check it out!
Oh did I tell you about our pool, game room and outdoor lounge  area ? 💁🏼‍♀️

This is the best complex, it got great amenities, it is quiet and safe.
There’s not trash in the hallways and very clean units. It’s a very homey feel.
 All my friends and family just absolutely love my new place.
I love living here !!!!!!
 Ask for Morgan she is extremely professional and  extremely knowledgeable about the property should be more than happy to help you with anything you need to make your move

I've lived here since mid-December and absolutely love the apartments, the grounds are kept very well-manicured and the staff is great and service requests are always fixed timely. Speaking of service requests, this review is to highlight Ken (one of the service technicians), who just stopped by to replace the lightbulb in my refrigerator and we we're chatting in the kitchen for a minute and he is genuinely such a nice guy and one that i would feel comfortable allowing into my home to address my service requests without my being present. Seven is a fantastic apartment complex, my favorite out of the four I've lived in in midtown, downtown and west midtown, but Ken is definitely an extra benefit of living here.
