Happy here. I’ve lived her for just under 2 years. It’s a small community compared to most complexes. It’s mostly working professionals so it’s quiet, most cars are gone by 8am and back by 7pm. Mostly young couples. 

Maintenance has always been quick. Pests have never been a problem. 

There’s a dog park 10 min walk behind he complex which is nice, plus you miss the traffic that builds up on N Druid. Prices were slightly lower than most surrounding complexes, for what I would say is the same type of apartment.

They’ve tried to do more community events and exercise classes. Honestly I never go.

My big complaint for the neighborhood is there is little grass area for dogs- it’s a lot of pines and bushes, and the back gate is only an exit, not an entry. They said the gate is something about the distance from the street or something... idk. But it would be super nice if we could enter on Jamestown rather than N Druid. All in all- pleased having lived here- definitely would suggest it.

I've lived here over 11 years now and I've seen a lot of change in this complex but after it got bought out by Cortland they remodeled the property everything looks fantastic the office staff is great. Chuck on the maintenance team is always on top of everything I've ever asked. I've really enjoyed my time living here and I will continue to hopefully for several years to come

I have really enjoyed living at 3131! The staff is so helpful. Any issue you might have, they’re willing  to take time to help you resolve the situation. I just renewed my lease for another year! Really convenient and near some great food options and grocery stores. Definitely would suggest this place, especially if you work at one of the hospitals or offices nearby.

I had a short term stay (a semester) at 3131 Apartments. Everything was great from the beginning: for example, although I arrived very late in the evening, I could manage to have my apartment set up with furniture. The all staff has been great; all the small inconvenience (once my sink got stuck, for example) has been readily resolved. Great professionalism.
Each of my questions has also been answered. 
My apartment was very comfortable, with a large kitchen, a nice bedroom with closet and bathroom and equipped with everything I need for my stay: a washing machine and dryer.
I would definitely recommend the apartment.

we've only ben here a month, but so far this is one of the best places we've lived. Nice, quiet property with great amenities.
