Bought a new hot tub from them. Wonderful sales people and customer service. Delivery guys were awesome Overall great experience vs our dealings in the past with other local pool dealers. You really should check them out.

Looked at several pool companies before found Seven Seas. Dan was professional, knowledgeable and responsive. He personally walked me through the process step by step and made several meetings to lay out and answer all my questions. Dan was there throughout the install and his team was fast and professional. Pool was installed July 2016 and Seven Seas has closed and opened the pool for me, no problems. Very low maintenance and a pleasure to work with. Staff at Cranberry store is always knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I would recommend Seven Seas to anyone looking for a pool!

We had 2 different pool companies try to figure out why our pool was cloudy. Both tested the water and gave us different diagnostics. We purchased the chemicals from each of them , first the 1 company( failed) then the second( failed). My friend Bill highly recommended Seven seasons. They actually came to our home in Butler and diagnosed the problem. Ron seemed very knowledgeable so I purchased the chemicals and put them in the pool. I started seeing blue again in 24 hours. 😄 In the days following we followed their WRITTEN instruction to the T. The pool is perfectly clear for the first time of the year. Note that we opened it just over a month ago. I WILL ONLY USE THEM IN THE FUTURE. THANK YOU RON

We started looking at hot tubs at the Home Show this year. After the high pressure quick sales tactics we felt at the show,we knew learning and buying a hot tub would not be made in one night. I did a search on who sold hot tubs in my area and Seven Seas came up. It wasn't until I talked to Lynn on the phone about the tubs and she invited me to come out and I could even try some out, since they have many with water in them in their beautiful show room. She spent so much time with me and didn't make me feel stupid about learning all the different things about the tubs. She even stayed later so I could call my husband to come talk with her. She gave me all kinds of literature on the tubs so I could go home and reread information about them. Then I made a second trip to the showroom,( this time taking my suit). And once again she spent plenty of time with me trying to decide which tub would be best for our situation. And she also stayed late again that night for my husband to come out and try out the tubs with his suit. Everyone that I have dealt with there have been the best. They even sent out installers to check out where you want to put the tub to make sure you can before you even purchase a tub. Bringing water samples in to check out to see if the chemicals are right makes me feel a lot better about owning one. So if you ever decide to purchase a hot tub Seven Seas is the only place you should go.

Having never had a hot tub before in my life I wasn't exactly sure where to start. My wife's family had owned a hot tub her entire life so she assured me it would be the right thing to add to our home. I did my homework as any responsible buyer would do before making a large purchase. To be honest Seven Seas was my last stop. I went into their new location hoping to get the info I needed , the pricing I wanted and get out to continue my research. When I arrived I was amazed at how accommodating they were, and how open they were with information such as warranties and pricing. It seemed like every other dealer I spoke to was keeping things from me or always speaking in generalities. After getting my information I left, determined to shop more and find a great tub at a great price. No matter how hard I tried to find a better deal, better service or a better tub, I kept coming back to 7 seas and the Hot Spring Pulse. Ben at 7 Seas was an absolute pleasure. He was patient with our inexperience and was ready with a quick answer, no wavering or sputtering, he really knew his trade and his product. You know you can trust a man when he tells you the best alternative to the spa you're looking at is with another company he doesn't even provide. Ben was going to go out of his way to make sure we were happy, and he succeeded. Where Ben was always accessible he was also never overbearing. We were given plenty of opportunity to try out other models, walk around the floor, come up with questions, without the typical salesmen pushing and prodding (the treatment we received at their competitors). I am a terrible customer. I am extremely critical of quality and professionalism. Ben and 7 Seas were phenomenal. Even the men who installed the tub at my home were gentleman! I haven't regretted a single moment of our relationship and to this day they still provide me with all the materials and advice i need. Thank you 7 Seas. Thank you Ben. Keep up the amazing work.
