Purchased Groupon for this place.... Never again!!!  I’ve gotten way better mani / pedis and service at Walmart. Hurried and bad service. Receptionist came twice to ask for payment while I was still being serviced. Horrible experience!!!  Trying to post a photo of my nail the very next day - paint completely fell off. And the place was filthy: filthy old rag towels, flies flying around, just so not right for a “salon especially one inside of a hotel. And on top of that they tell you how much you have to tip. Please please please save your money and keep your peace and go elsewhere, anywhere else but here. They need to close that place down and / or totally revamp the whole salon and personnel.

Unfortunately there is no 0 stars. I have never in my entire life been to such a dirty place. I am referring only to the Salon not the Spa. It was so dirty i got up the pedicure chair to catch my breath because i just couldn't deal. The towels on the chair and where my head was supposed to be resting because i was supposed to be relax was so filthy i ended up walking away from the pedicure. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY, SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND DESPITE HORRIBLE ENVIROMENT THEY WILL TRY TO CHARGE AN ARM AND A LEG. I ask to go to the bathroom and i just couldn't believe my eyes!!!! It was dirtier than a portable bathroom in a construction site. JUST UNVIABLE HORRIBLE.

Now referring to the Spa, great experience, great massage, great steamroom, clean towels and bathrub, great smiles from staff, super relax environment. I will recomend the Spa any day but the Salon is pure Garbage.

I wish I could post pictures, but if the management is interested I can still provide them. 
The dirtiest spa salon I have ever seeing!! Just horrible. Lazy and pushy cleaning personal: a girl almost knocked me off my feet try to place a towel basket right where I was putting my underwear on in the changing room. Couldn’t give me a second even. She then proceeded to brush her long hair in the bathroom and put the hair brush full of it right in front of me. Brrrrr. 
The showers are so dirty that the grew mold on curtains!! Soap containers are all broken. 
Chair in the relaxation area are dirtier than at the train station. And I mean it! Too bad google doesn’t allow for photos. 
One more thing - please train your receptionist some customer service asbooking experience was also bad. They all speak poor English and laugh when do not understand you.

Very rude staff i reserved a tiki hut. When i went to the beach area to requeste for it someone was already using it. After speaking with the attendant they finally were able to grant me the hut. Then the cushions had holes and were old. However all the other guest had new cushions. Will never come back. Do not recommend at all.

I went there yesterday for a massage and they assigned me with a guy. he literally killed my back. I went there with no pain just looking for relaxation and I came out with a very heavy pain in my back. He massaged me too freaking hard ugrrrrrrrrr
