Five new pair of jeans ruined. Brought them in to shorten the inseam. All are at least 1” too short now. Width of hem varies by 1/4”. Start and finish of the stitches do not even line up. Needed pants for a business trip. My wife dropped them off and showed the lady the mark she made where the finished hem needed to be. The lady did not listen and could not offer an explanation why the hens were so wrong. What a waste of money. All they offered to do was undue the hem and make the length as long as possible even though they would still be too short. Did not even refund what they charged for the job. All I got was $200 worth of ruin pants!

This is an honest review.  I am shocked that this company would treat a soon to be bride so poorly.  My daughter dropped off my dress to be altered and changed a bit in July, it is now October.  She had called a few times and went in to visit explaining what she wanted.  She had informed the Sewing Bee exactly what she wanted.  She was told the dress would be ready today.   Today, excited to see her finished dress for her fall wedding,  she walks in and sees the dress has not been touched.  Nothing.  Crushed, she asked, why nothing was done, the owner informed her she was in the hospital.  No phone call.  Nothing.  Even if the owner was in the hospital, the dress could have been touched by another personal or at least started on.  We don't believe that this woman was in the hospital.  If your expecting ANY wedding alterations, DO NOT GO HERE!  Shame on you Sewing Bee! #wedding #dress

I have been going there for years had a great experience everytime. I have never posted a review in the past. This week they went above my expectations and fixed my dress for a wedding last minute. They actually fixed it the same day i brought it in. They are amazing ladies and i couldn't thank them enough for the awesome customer service.
