I have been an HVAC contractor for 25years and have worked with many General Contractors and Custom Home Builders over the years. The past few years I have had the pleasure of working on projects with Custom Home Builder Drew Daniels of Sexton Development. Most recently a multimillion dollar project on the North Shore. Drew believes the most important principles of home building are uncompromising integrity, attention to detail, accountability and personalized attention to the project. As a subcontractor it is such a pleasure to see a project run with such enthusiasm and attention to design and detail.

We hired Sexton Development to remodel the main floor of our house on the North Shore. As a general Contractor Drew Daniels was amazing. His unsurpassed attention to detail took our ideas and visions and sharpened them into a more refined final product. He was ALWAYS available to answer our questions with knowledge and expertise. His attention to detail carried through to cleaning up the job site at the end of each day. There was never any unnecessary mess (very important with kids and a dog in the house). We plan on remodeling our second story in the near future. We will be calling Sexton Development to do this custom home remodel for us.

I’ve worked with Sexton Development in the past through their website. I have to start off with that they are phenomenal to work if you’re building a custom home or even just 1 room with and are super friendly. If you are looking for a solid general contractor to help you to build your next project, they will guide you through every step of the way. Their website shows some great examples of their past work and they are CONSISTENT! I’ve used angies list before and Sexton Development did a much better job. You can tell that they put your input first while coming in at just under budget. They worked efficiently and even when we had home issues ( my home is a bit older) they were able to fix the problem the right way – not the fast and cheap way.

I've worked with Drew and Todd, they are both great guys to work with. Everything that we've done together went smoothly. I would highly recommend the company to anyone I just wish there were more Drew's and Todd's in the world.

Sexton Development is one of the most personable experiences I have had in working with a custom home builder. They really listen to what you want and execute your vision. I would highly recommend them if you live around the north shore area and want something tailored to your style.
