Took my truck in to get fixed. The service department is always kind and helpful the truck unfortunately was unsalvageable so Sexton helped me get into new truck at an affordable price and it’s a great truck. I will always go to Sexton. The service is always great! The staff is always friendly! This is my third vehicle from Sexton. The first, a 2000 escort, was a great car at the time. The second a 2003 F150, loves it. Didn’t want to give it up, and the one I traded in for the third, 2015 F150, love it! I’ll have it for a long time! Love Sexton!

I would highly recommend this dealership not only to purchase a new vehicle with their low prices and friendly staff, but also for their body shop work! We had a little mishap with our Explorer resulting in some cosmetic and mechanical issues. We brought it to the dealer, and they got her all done and fine within a good timing! The best part of having the  work done is that they provided a free loaner vehicle for us and she looks good as new! They also had no problem with me coming in to check on our baby! Definitely would recommend this dealer!

I have been doing business with sexton Ford for a number of years. The service department is as good as any. Only complaint I have is don't assume that they are going to take care of everything you asked. Double check with the service person or department that everything was done. I requested the works for my F150 on line and the tire rotation was not done because it was not on the ticket or work order. The mechanic said it was not on his ticket but he would take care of it .

Started the day with my car not starting. They sent their shuttle to come get me, change the battery on my FOB, & jump start my car. Amazing customer service. Made me feel at home. I highly recommend coming here.
