My partner and I rent from these people,we stay in Pecan Circle. We have never been late on our rent and they drag there feet on fixing things,I had to file several BBB Complaints, there also increasing our rent!! Stay away from these people,may I suggest you rent from Allen Town. The ladies in the office never have a clue what's going on(Bridget,Ellen and don't forget about Benjamin), They claimed they had security here,been here a year and still haven't seen him...Stay away from Shady Oaks,Red Oaks and Memphis Communities!!!

On supervised kids running around in the streets, Stray Cats loose everywhere I am just an all-out nasty-looking place.

Have my RV parked here. It has a small laundry room, wifi and cable a little extra but it's worth it. Clean, shaded, good neighbors, what else do you need? Kind of close to the RR tracks beside a nice place to stay. The women up front are very kind and have made me feel at home.

Most affordable place around to stay.  Reasonable rent with utilities included,  with the option for Wi-Fi and cable at exceptional prices for a rv/mobile home place. It's conviently located within one mile of just about everything. Staff isexceptionally friendly and helpful. I have a camper here and wouldn't think about putting it anywhere else. It's safe and secure. With neighborhood watch and friendly residents. Family friendly with designated pet areas, gazebo, and playground. Best place to stay in Millington.

This place is one of the worse places around Memphis,tn if not the country to stay.  The camping side is full of drug addicts,dealers and child molestors ,especially if you have 17 year old boys,  we've already got a warrant going out on him, and he is now an employee of the place. And ,anything you leave outside, your chairs, grills,etc. will be stolen.
