Sumerfest. This is a lot of fun for your children. They have food games and backpacks filled with some stuff your children need to start school. Everything is free, just come and have fun for the day. They fix bikes, have music and raffles and give a way a lot of things. So when Sumerfest comes, please come for the day and enjoy. Where else can you go with your children and have fun for the day for free. They a so have some fun games for your children

Don't raise your kids here. Give them up before bringing them here. Living here as a kid was absolutely horrible.

They say they dont except felons lmbo. They have 2 sex offenders registered here that i saw on Michigan State Police website and whats worse is BOTH had MULTIPLE OFFENSES against children under the age of 13! On top of that non of the nearby residents are WARNED when their children play by these individuals trailers on a regular BASIS. This place is loaded with drugs. Way over grown trees and sloppy management. Sorry but i dont feel bad that fouts plans to regulate horrible living areas like this. Place is also loaded with theft and alcholics. Somehow first and last months rents adds to over $1500??? At the least the mobile homes commition should really check this place out. As well as 8 mile mobile court, jackson, and motorcity. These trailer parks are loaded with bed bugs and rats. In all honesty unless someone is paying 300 dollars a month extra on there rent. no one here should be allowed to have cats and or dogs. Its just nasty. This park hiring Maintenance is aiding to social security fraud when people are working and not claiming that income to social security to pay rent and i believe thats way way way below minimum wage standards as well which is really illegal. I hope state and feds investigate this place if they havent already. The only thing i can give this place is that its name isnt misleading. SHADY! lanes.
