When I travel to New York I always make sure to visit a Shake Shack. The hamburgers are very tasty and made with quality products. The service at this Grand Central location was quick … and patient since my English is not good.
Ordered two scoops of custard and a shake on the app. Told us to be there in 15 minutes or more. Showed up in 10 and our items were already on the counter and melting. Ice crystals throughout the custard – extremely disappointing. Shake was better.
Food was alright pretty bland the only ok thing was the milkshake cheese fries were like dead microwaved cheese. The only reason I’m giving this place two stars is because I had the worst stomachache ever like really bad
Inside the Grand Central Station. Best burger as always. They will let you dine-in if you show proof of vaccination. Expect crowd during peak hours. Sweet memorable experience.
Super slow here, order ahead of time before you pick up, walk ins are so slow, waited about 30 minutes before getting the food
Full staff in the back yet still takes 30 minutes for food, workers at the front counter on the side talking instead of helping customers. I know these are young people working here but maybe hire better. This lack of proper service is the reason food places close, yet expect raises.
I love shake shack. Always high quality shakes, fries, and burger. This spot was delicious as all the others, although it was tucked into icon Grand Central Station’s food court. Easy to order with a digital self-ordering station.
