Had high hopes but left disappointed. First off, the wait is ridiculous! They just can't manage the online orders along with the dine-ins. Waited over an hour with only about 20 people in front of me. People actually ordered from their phones while waiting! Secondly, the burger was very good but not great. I've had better at five guys. Also the fries are very expensive for how little you get. Lastly, they are overpriced. Spent $18 for a single patty bacon cheeseburger, fries, and an ice cream for my dog (that she wouldn't eat). Can get double-burgers for two and enough fries for two at Five guys for that price.

Ordered a single burger and shack-ago hot dog. Food was average. The most disappointing part of the experience was everything but the food. At 11 am the restaurant should look the cleanest it possibly can. There were random napkins under some of the tables. One ketchup container was empty. The mustard containers still had the saran wrap over the nozzles from the night before. The restroom paper-towel dispenser was empty.

Nice burger joint, serves beer which is a nice complement to the meal. Place is usually packed so pick your time wisely to avoid long waits. The mobile app is convenient; food was already ready at promised time, except for only one or two instances

Food is pretty good... customer service was fantastic. They made a mistake in our order - which with a hangry family member made things touchy - and when I went back to them they took it in stride, we’re all very gracious about it, and made up for their error. Great work, team!

The shakes here were good. Maybe a little on the sweet side but if you have a sweet tooth this is the place for you. They also offer food to go with your shake.
