I couldn't say enough positive things about this authentic Irish pub! I love the food and atmosphere!! I always have the best time when I go with my girlfriend’s. 

I've had the pleasure of meeting the owner who is from Ireland. She truly cares about the happiness of her customer's.

This place is an all time favorite of mine. You will not find another restaurant that puts as much effort and detail into crafting a highly extensive beer list, both on draft and bottled. Publick House prides themselves on being beer experts both domestic and international. Their waiters are always incredibly knowledgeable about their beer offerings, and always have great advice for beer pairings if you are enjoying some of their delicious food. If beer is not your thing, then don’t you worry you can always enjoy a nice glass of wine instead. Their food is well crafted and their Mac n Cheese is out of this world. You’re encouraged to pick whatever meats and veggies you want to add to the Mac and make your personal favorite. Whether you come and enjoy some rotating appetizers with a few spectacular beers, or come for the full sit down meal you are in good hands. I highly recommend this place to any local or travelers through Boston.

The mac and cheese lives up to the hype! Be warned that it is very rich though. In the past I have also really enjoyed their burgers and their mussels. 

Amazing beer selection--great for finding new favorites you might not normally come across.

Place is pretty hit and miss, and never great. There's a high turnover in staff, which may account for it. Latest visit had a large and nasty piece of plastic in the salad. They comped the salad and offered dessert, but it's not the point - if the kitchen can't keep this out of a salad....

If you just want beer, good selection. Not going to be ordering food here any time soon

Nice place, Lively atmosphere. Good food & drinks. They are very annoying about the ID verification. A friend of mine was carrying his Florida state license which had expired about 4-5 days ago and the person checking the ID at the entrance was very unreasonable. We tried to explain that his birthday wouldn't change even if his ID has expired, but he simply did not budge. They accept your home country passport as an alternative, but not your license from the home country. very strange! Had to finally look for a different restaurant!
