Expensive for a burger, fries & shake. My girlfriend & I had one of each & it was $33, plus they got both of our burgers wrong. Not worth the hype.

So disappointed with how things were handled tonight. They were woefully understaffed for the dinner rush, with one cashier, one busser (who was also making milkshakes), and one runner (the manager). We waited in line for 15-20 minutes with only a few people ahead of us, then waited another 40 minutes for our food, which arrived burned to a crisp and incorrect. We also cleaned our own table because each one was covered in food. Everyone there had the same experience. The busser blamed the kitchen for the hold up, the manager was clearly in the weeds. At some point, you should just stop taking orders and focus on catching up. It does no one any good to let people wait the better part of an hour for bad food--especially when your competition is just a minute up the road. Going to Shake Shack next time (and I'm sure our fellow customers feel the same way).

Can you say the worlds most amazing burger & fries?!? I am truly in love. I feel like I'm cheating on my wife with fries. Get the Smash fries. They are seasoned with Garlic & Rosemary, in a way that is so amazing! It's in a shopping center, so parking is excellent.

I love Smash burger food but this location could use some retraining in customer service. My family has gone on multiple occasions and been the only ones in line waiting for someone to acknowledge us. I understand if you need to wipe down a table real quick or make a milkshake but acknowledge your customer standing 3 feet from you. Saying "good afternoon give me just a moment and I'll be right with you" doesn't take a great amount of effort.

2pm. 15 minutes on line. 5 more until the burger gets to your table. Burger tasted good but was very salty. Not worth the wait.
