The food was fantastic. The atmosphere was really calming and laid back. Overall it was a great experience. The burger had great flavor and the bun was so soft and buttery. Love that they have some games to play and hang out if you'd like. As far as price goes, about $6 for the cheapest burger, about $3 for fries, and about $2.50 for a small drink. Not cheap, but it's closer to what you would spend at a Five Guys for a quality burger.

I've only visited the Shake Shack in NYC before, so wasn't sure if the concept would translate to Florida. I must say, it did not disappoint in the least. In fact, the larger facility made it easier (than NYC) to get a table once you ordered your food. There are a lot of booths at the back overlooking the lake, which made it a nice setting to leisurely enjoy our shack burgers and loaded fries. I will say this, Shake Shack reminds me of In N Out burger. If you're from California, you will know what I mean. It's more upscale than In N Out, but the burgers have that same delicious secret sauce vibe and freshness that I have missed since moving east.

My food was pretty good this most recent time I've been. The potato buns they use for their burgers are a nice touch. I had a weird chewy bite of my burger I didn't like and couldn't eat. Their coffee shakes are delicious though! View is super great too

Over looks a beautiful lake, food is great and so is staff. If you are in the mood for a juocy burger and a shake this is the place to go in the winter park area. Prices are a tad high but the quality is good. Out door seating is available and worth it.

The food is always fresh and made correctly. The one time my to go order had a burger missing, the manager on duty was very apologetic and allowed me to go back and pick up the missing burger without any issues. The customer service here is amazing and I recommend this Shake Shack to people on the regular for it.
