So, it has been awhile since I visited Cheesecake Factory, Winter Park, Florida. Stepped in for lunch a couple of days ago. Waitress was very attentive, personal and animated. That one pound mushroom burger was delicious. I LOOOVVVEEE a good burger and it did not disappoint as it was cooked as ordered. Of course I topped it off with a hunk of strawberry and whipped cream cheesecake. The only downfall. The second go round of bread was not fresh at all, but I’m going to stick with the five stars for service and main course.

Great food. We got there after the lunch hour and had no wait time. Courteous staff and very knowledgeable about the menu, particularly as it relates to gluten free, which we wanted. The Arnold Palmer tea is tasty and refreshing, you should try it- and they give you refills fo’ free!! We were very happy with our meal.

Ridiculous policy regarding reservations. Tried to make a reservation for a birthday party of 6 people for a Friday night. I was informed they don't take any reservations after 5:00 pm - so you can make a reservation for lunch but not for dinner?? On a Friday night with a bigger party when you most need a reservation?? This makes no sense whatsoever. We went somewhere else.

Great food good place, but be mindful the server took by herself a 10$ tip without my consent. I really can't believe people steal like that I don't whant that woman fired, but I do want management to know. That some servers are doing this. BTW, Look at your bank statement people.

First of all this type of "management" should be eradicated because is archaic and without any results. Second of all TO GO orders have same importance like any other orders. It is very disrespectful for me, as a customer, to wait over an hour to receive my order. All this time nobody check on me if I want a water or not, to keep me posted regarding my wait and to show any kind of interest. Third of all the management should appreciate that I chose your restaurant and I didn't go anywhere else to actually ENJOY my food. There are many other options around where I can actually receive a better service and the attention I deserve as a customer. It is outrageous the lack of interest shown by the employees and management. I'm extremely disappointed and I would not recommend or visit this location anymore.
