If I can give 0 stars I would... very cold staff...don't work with anyone not even a bottle of water like they said during the service..POOR SERVICE WOULD NOT ADVICE ANYONE ..what the hell became of this place since 1999....."MONEY HUNGRY COMPANY" OH..YEA...LIKE I WAS TOLD by one of them remember this is a business. ..that's all I needed to hear after a family members death. ..thank you. There is a professional way of talking to a person to get your point across. ...TRUST ME NO MORE OF MY FAMILY MEMBERS WILL BE PLACED THERE. 
You notice the" morons" who gave good rating is relative or friends.....OTHER THEN THAT POOR RATING....DAMN THE people cleaning around was more respectable. ..

MY NAME IS MARY CAVALIERE, THIS WEEK MY SISTER AND I DECIDED TO VISIT MY FAMILY CRYPTS, ALSO MY HUSBAND IS IN THE VA SECTION. WELL WE WERE IN TOTAL SHOCK TO SEE WHERE MY FAMILYS CRYPTS WELL WE GOT THE SHOCK OF OUR LIFE TO SEE THE 
PLACE WAS TOO HORIRBLE TO DISGUISE, IT HAD FILTH WITH WEBS SPIDERS AND BUGS WE WERE UNABLE TO EVEN STAY TO PLACE FLOWERS OR PRAY. FILTH ALL OVER THE PLACE
I WILL BE VISITING NEXT WEEK TO SEE IF ANY IMPROVEMENT WAS DONE
