This is my first yoga experience, having resisted the urging of fellow devotees for years. Shamatha Yoga Studio is unlike any other studio in the area (since I know all about my friends' experiences at other studios). It draws from all yoga disciplines to teach students, to enhance the mind-body-spirit connection. The studio is large and comfortably accommodates lots of students but never feels crowded like other studios. The instructors are all top-notch, gentle but instructive, encouraging and motivating students to do more/better than we think we can.  I'm amazed at the flexibility and strength I've gained in 3 months.

This is the first time i have ever experienced a legit yoga program before and it's been well worth it!  The teachers are extremely educated.  Every time i leave a yoga class at Shamatha i feel like i have left a day spa.

I have been going here for the past four weeks and the experierience is just amazing ! I am an overweight male in my 50's and have tried Yoga a few times in my past . This is by far the best that I have experienced . I feel an improvement mentally, phisically 
and spiritually . I know that I am getting healthier each and every day so I recommend this place as the one to go to .
