It's been a pleasure working with Shane Co on a number of jewelry purchases over the last couple of years. My husband first went to Shane Co to purchase my engagement ring, and they were very attentive and patient in explaining all the ins and outs of picking the right ring. A few months later, we put in a customer order for our wedding bands. They helped us out in designing them to our specifications and they came out beautifully! Since then, we've made a few small purchases for earrings, and also come in every month or so to have our jewelry cleaned, which is a free service. They always check our rings over to ensure they're structurally sound, and log every visit that we make. Even when they are very busy, they are quick to ask if we're being helped and ensure they have someone with us as quickly as possible. This will certainly be the place I come to for any and all future jewelry purchases.

I LOVE Shane Co! My fiancé bought my wedding set here and they are perfect. I come in every six months, sometimes more often, to get my ring cleaned and keep it under warranty. Everyone is so kind and helpful! Most jewelry stores are intimidating,  but not this one. I recommend them to everyone. I'm also glad that their styles are always changing, it makes each piece more appealing. I've never seen another swirl engagement ring like mine since I got it!

My husband and I LOVE Shane Co! My husband first encountered this company when he bought me the most gorgeous pearl earrings for our anniversary a year ago. The locks on the earrings became lose but was quickly fixed at Shane Co and are better than ever. Our 5 year anniversary is coming up and my husband decided we would go to Shane Co again but this time to upgrade my ring. As soon as we walked in the store was beautiful and we were shortly greeted by Joseph. Joseph was such a great help when I explained what kind of ring I wanted. He was so patient and gave me enough time to look from ring to ring, diamond to diamond. He explained in great lengths on what type of diamond we were looking at and the differences. We spent 2 hours total (mostly me trying to select a ring)  the rings online are amazing but are EXTREMELY OUTSTANDING in person that it was so hard to choose. Joseph is amazing to work with, to the staff around the store who smiled and are so friendly and would also conversate with us between customers. We will continue our business with Shane Co and recommend to anyone!

I want to thank Mario and the ladies on the departure/ payment end for a truly wonderful experience. My husband purchased my engagement ring in 2013 and it was beautiful. We were married and had a child which unfortunately came with some very serious health complications for both of us. The added bonus was my wedding ring being far too small to ever fit again. Happy to say our family is healthy and we recently returned to perform a trade in on a new ring as a fresh start after over a year of not being able to wear mine. Mario couldn't have been more amazing and patient with us. I had ideas in mind and was blown away at one of the selections he had brought into the mix. The wedding band completed the look. Our ring was done in a day. Everything was so easy. It is the most beautiful thing I have ever had and I couldn't be more happy with this experience. It brought tears when the young lady presented us with the finished product. Thank you Shane Company for such a great experience. I will treasure this for the rest of my life.

I can’t say enough about the quality of the jewelry here and the professionalism of the staff. My husband and I have shopped for a number of items and we’ve always been very satisfied with the quality and price. The staff takes their time to find out what you’re looking for and presenting you with different options. They also offer free cleanings so that you can keep you’re jewelry looking great.
