I will never forget how horrible my experience here was. First off, they have absolutely no respect for their customers time. It took me 2 weeks just to get an appointment, so I assumed they must be excellent at what they do and worth the wait. Boy was I disappointed! I went to get my hair colored and the girl who did my hair (Amanda was her name), took more than 5 hours just for a touch up color and highlights. 5 and a half hours!! I have never had to wait that long to get my hair colored, the longest was 2 and a half hours and that was on a busy weekend. But it wasn't even that busy when I went here. And during the whole time I was there my stylist was snotty and did not talk to me. She acted like she was doing me a favor by doing my hair, as if she had somewhere better to be. I can't imagine why she had that attitude, she did a crappy job doing my hair. After all that waiting, I could still see dark roots after she finished. I've literally gotten better color jobs at cheap little mall salons for $50. When it came time to style my hair, she did not ask me how I wanted it styled she just did her own thing and blow dried it the way an old lady would have her hair blow dried. And she spilled color on my purse and didn't apologize for it. At the end, the bill came out to over $200. Needless to say, I never went back there again. Apparently they take their sweet time with all their customers, my mother went here once and they didn't finish her hair before closing time so they kicked her out with the foils still in her head! Please don't come here, unless you want your money wasted on crappy service and rude, crappy stylists. People writing nice reviews must be their friends and family.

I got my first manicure/pedicure by Rosa and it was so much fun. Rosa was really friendly and fun to talk to. My fingernails/toenails turned out beautiful. Overall the process of getting a manicure/pedicure was both relaxing and fun.

Went to Shapes & Colours for the first time for a cut & highlights. The salon is modern & comfortable, The staff were pleasant & welcoming. My stylist did a really nice job on my hair. I recommend this salon & Lyndsay.

I really wanted to like this salon but I can't recommend it. Water at shampoo station each time I'm there is freezing cold, they act surprised and everybody has to just wait or contend with ice water running over your head.  
Plus, they do not seem to care about punctuality. I have never waited w/ an appointment so long as I have here. Be prepared to wait 30 to 40 minutes and this is with an appointment made weeks earlier.  There's no wifi even though my iPhone 6 plus  pulls up their salon stating free. The cashier at the end when she asked how did everything go she doesn't give you a chance to answer and it's not as though there was a line (no one behind me).  Maybe a 2% discount for the cold water and wait but nothing. Anything just to justify me going back but they did nothing. I'm disappointed and need to find a new salon. Sorry - icey cold water (can only imagine this in the winter), no wifi, extremely long waits is bad. Hair cut is ok but for the price I can find similar  ~ going back to JeanPaul.
