Great price for all that is offered.  I have been a member for 16 years.   Usually, I do my own work out with weights/machines and treadmill, but when I feel like Zumba or body pump - it is there for me. I love an all girl gym....no worries. Also,  good hours, safe location and open 7 days.

Love this gym!  There is a wide variety of classes throughout the day with excellent instructors!  The facility also has a pool and cardio and resistance training equipment.  It's a great place to get healthier and make new friends.  I enjoy going to this gym & would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

This gym has been through hell and back which left it seeming like it was a bad gym. It's been very updated! We work with EVERY LADY that wants the help we have to offer. This gym has so many amenities for the prices that we have. Due to past management history we lost trust but HOPE we regain that by asking you to give this gym another try! Everything we have to offer is included in ALL memberships from Heart Pumping Classes to Tai Chi all wrapped with your relaxing spa remedies! Mommies can have up to 2 hours of childcare to get enjoy time for YOUR self! Come on in and see what's changed 💃😄

The best gym in the area for women only!  So many amenities, classes and small group training for such a great price!   A recent change in management is evident in the friendliness of the staff, class schedule and equipment.
