Erin is absolutely incredible. With my career and daily strength training, my body often feels tight and inflexible. Erin performed Tension Pattern Release on my lower body, focusing on my hips and within moments, I felt an instant release. Her gentle demeanor allows you to feel comfortable while her gifted knowledge floods you with ease, knowing you will be in good hands. I have never felt this type of bodywork and it is nothing like you have ever experienced before. I cannot recommend Erin enough!

This is such an amazing place!! Erin is working with me to heal old injuries and this is the first time I have felt such drastic results so quickly. I know we have more work to do so I will be back for more healing!

I love Thrive Yoga & Fitness! The studio always feels relaxing & welcoming. I have attended yoga classes with Erin as instructor. She gives great assists & always gives great direction to help get into the poses easily. I've done the restorative yoga, beach yoga, hot yoga, and body rolling classes. Every class was well planned, relaxing, and enjoyable. The studio has a great energy. You can tell that the instructors here love what they do & they do it for life. The studio itself has always been clean and neat in appearance.

This is my new yoga home! All the teachers are amazing and the studio is beautiful. The students and teachers are all very friendly and welcoming, it's just a great atmosphere. Erin, the owner, consistently strives to bring new things to the studio to really make this place a community. My favorite thing though is the focus on health, growth and fitness NOT just "getting sexy"! I love this place and I'm sure you will too!

Thrive yoga has amazing energy. I love the classes and the space we practice in. Erin is a wonderful and authentic teacher and person. I'm so grateful to be part of such a phenomenal community ☺️
