More than 2 hour wait time. Horrible experience, dingy waiting room chairs look like they are from the 90’s. Garbage all over the waiting room.

had a terrible experience waiting for a very long time and as a result the rest of my day was ruined. This is not fair and you can not do this to people. Please shorten the waiting time. I was  extremely disappointed.
