We avoided going to the Fort Lee office for the longest time based on the reviews about a terrible front desk experience. We eventually had to make the switch due to new insurance and couldn't be more pleased. It seems that there may have been a rude receptionist at one point, but every time we've gone they've been incredibly nice and helpful. The doctors all have great bedside manner and it's been a great experience so far.

Doctors are smart, attentive and very informed. Our family loves our Doctor, Dr. Aranoff,  it is true partnership with our kids, Doctor and family. Super smart and always open to talk. For all the rest of the people giving the receptionist not sure which one they are talking about, I never had an issue, you are  giving a bad review based on receptionist , but the Doctors are great? How does this make sense, you are as bad as your critique.

I just had a call with Denise from the Fort Lee office.   She was super rude and very impatient.  The doctors in this office are very nice but the receptionists are generally incredibly rude.

Been here for all my kids.  I find the office highly efficient and the physicians very thorough and competent.  The other reviews are surprising because I have been on occasion placed on a short hold when I call the office, but usually I get my appointments set up and other issues resolved pretty quickly.

Highly appreciate the doctors who very respectful and caring for their patients.  

However,  that fort lee receptionist is frank rude and does not know a bit about patient care.  I would not trust her to walk a dog.  More than that she is very disrespectful.  She really pushed me to get my kids out of this clinic.
