Unfortunately updating my review. Not sure I can ever come back here. This place used to be a great value. A bit cheaper than other boba shops and with extended hours which comes in helpful in the summer.  I was in last Monday with my wife and noticed a sharp increase in prices. That’s fine, costs of things is going up. But now the price is the same or higher than other shops.  What really bothered me was the really bad customer service. 2 employees, each completely disengaged, in sour moods, with AirPods in their ears.  I’m shocked a business would tolerate customer facing employees to stand there and not smile while listening to music in one ear.  Super sad. Wishing them all the best.  Not for me.

Hi,  I recently visited the Sharetea location in Concord with my wife, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. As soon as we entered the store, we were met with an overpowering and unpleasant odor. The smell was so bad that my wife couldn’t bear it and decided to wait outside, despite the extremely hot weather.  I decided to proceed and order two drinks, hoping for a better experience. However, the situation only got worse. When I informed the staff about the unpleasant smell, they not only ignored my concerns but also started laughing at me. Their behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. It seemed they were making fun of me, which was very humiliating.  When I confronted them about their rude behavior, they continued to mock me instead of addressing the issue. This level of customer service is unacceptable. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a bubble tea shop.  I do not recommend visiting this Sharetea location. The staff's unprofessionalism and the store's poor condition make it a place to avoid.

This place literally NEVER fails to have absolutely delicious boba every time i go there. All of their teas are so yummy no matter what and they have such variety in all their flavors and a wide selection of toppings too. This is always my go-to place for boba, and I think the bobas are also the perfect texture. Highly recommend!  Wheelchair accessibility: To the door there is a wheel chair ramp.

The drinks are over priced and taste bad. I got two bobas each costing over 8$. Most of the nearby boba shops are much cheaper. We had to throw away both the drinks because of how bad they were. Walk five minutes to mochinut and you can get much better and cheaper drinks.Food: 1/5

Ambiance - The establishment is observing the new normal standards and as well as everyone who goes in for a to go drink. Although, the place is sooo hot. Its probably because their AC is off or broken.  Service -the staffs are very quick and responsive.  Taste - I sure do love their Okinawa Milk tea! Their boba isnt too sweet and is just cooked perfectly, soft and chewy.  Over all Experience - I visit this place every weekends and it doesn't disappoint. Although I have to say sometimes the person at the cashier is rude.

I and my wife used to buy 2 QQ happy family every weekend for couple years, it was $4.95 ea back in the day. Today as 2024 it is $8.25 ea and it is outrageous. Yeah of course the shop will say it is because the cost is high but I and my wife just agree we will not go here anymore.Food: 3/5

Excellent service with decent milk tea flavor. The cashier was so nice and welcoming. My husband wanted to try the Peach Kiwi Tea but he never had kiwi flavor in his drink before. She confirmed they could remake it for you if you were not happy with the drink I don’t want to bother anyone, but if you want to have your drink remake, don’t be shy to ask. Only when it’s slow also. Don’t be such an annoying person when its busy. I get a classic milk tea with black tea. They were both good. We live in Sacramento but we go to the Bay Area pretty often. I would say Sharetea is not the best in the area, but the service gets my heart, today.

I always get sharetea in san francisco and this location is ripping off customers at a outrageous price. $8?! SF is known to be expensive and they are selling the drinks are a reasonable pricing $5-6. This is madness. I made a mistake not reading the reviews before entering.Food: 1/5
