The rating has nothing to do with the food. It reflects obvious management issues. The poor staff! I immediately could tell the waitresses and waiters at this location are very unhappy with their jobs. They try not to reflect this on their customers but its impossible when something is obviously terribly wrong internally. The food was good, but there was a unwelcoming tension in the air that was very unpleasant. I am calling their corporate office as there is obviously someone there at this location ruining the Shari's good name, which in my years of customer service usually stems from bad management. A manager who instead does not lead by example and encouragement but instead who bullies their employees through micro-aggressions and undermines them in front of fellow staff and customers to feel powerful. Other locations in the area do not have this ongoing issue with staff unhappiness. I only hope Corporate sends in a team to deal with this issue and has the smarts to salvage this location. The waitresses and waiters I saw working know their stuff and do a damn good job with what little energy they have left, they would thrive with a team building manager. Until then I will be going to Elmer's where the staff are friendly and cheerful because they enjoy their jobs.

Waitress was bouncing around like she was spun out. Forgot our drinks. One of party had hair in the food. Another order was wrong. And my order I recieved a dirty plate. 
When I confronted the manager he was rude. And really not remorseful. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION

Friendly staff. Sometimes slow to get seated, especially at night. You feel kind of awkward while everyone but the staff seems to notice you. Still, not a bad place to eat. I go at night on weekdays sometimes to have a quiet, decent meal. While I give Shari's a 4 star review, is probably give their food a 3. Sometimes it tastes like the chefs just don't care.

Great service, the place was imacculately clean and the waitress Kim was top shelf. If she ever quits her job here or they are fine enough to make the mistake of firing her, I'd hire her in a second. An employee like her is a priceless asset to any company. Whatever they are paying her, can't be as much as she is worth. I will be returning to this Shari's and dine here from now on. Well worth driving the extra distance.

Mostly dependant on the day, but overall I have never had a bad experience at this sharis, decent food decent service.
