It a very good American restaurant with luscious deserts (pies)!!! I've eaten there many times and the staff seems to have a great attitude toward their patrons throughout the 24 hour day. Thanks for the opportunity to commend the Hermiston, Oregon restaurant!!

Friendly staff, more food than expected and delicious, clean, if somewhat dated bathroom.

Very slow  service,  17 min for oatmeal and 2 egged toast ,sent back water we ordered  no ice came with ice.  she got no tip from us  :(

Waited a long time at the door before being greeted. When I was greeted they didn't look at me, just yelled welcome to sharis. Food was cold. Servers did not seem very happy to be there and it effected my experience. But in their defense, it looked like there was suppose to be at least one more employee up front.

Love the pie!  Great menu options.  Friendly staff for the most part. Service is usually great,  totally depends on the manager on duty.
