Best food, hot delicious, tasty. Non spicy and spicy food. Full salad bar. Ice cream and dessert. All you can eat egg flower soup and Chinese buffet. Specialty Chinese fried sugar donuts. Served fresh.

Service isn't bad at all, food and drinks are reasonably priced. I recommend this place to have good family time or even if it's a Friday night and your here for a pre-funk to start the night off.

I gotta say I've been going to panda inn for a long time and it's always been consistent I'd rate this a 10 if I could it is one the best restaurants in hermiston.

Now you can come at a time before the transition between lunch and dinner which may result in lower quality food but overall it's hot and delicious still 10/5 stars!!!

HORRIBLE FOOD HORRIBLE SERVICE.  I refuse to go there again.  Not busy but server never came back after we got seated until She had the bill.  NEVER AGAIN. Yes i told the server my issues with the lack of food and horrible service with drinks and she walked away.
